Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery.
Duties
- Ensures that home is maintained in a safe and orderly manner.
- Works closely with Supervisor, making him/her aware of any concerns related to the operations of the home.
- Reports to Supervisor any concerns related to residents (i.e. failure to return home by curfew; failure to take medications; failure to adhere to house rules).
Qualifications
Applicants must be active in a recovery program for a minimum of 7 years; must be reliable; able to communicate well; ability to complete required reports. Must live on-site, (salary provided); may be able to work outside the home, depending on hours of employment.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
