About the Role
Roll Em Up Taquitos is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Cashier to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering a fast, fun, and welcoming experience. We’re a high-energy family restaurant and we’re looking for team members who thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
- Assist with food running and ensuring orders are correct and timely
- Handle guest questions and resolve minor issues professionally
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Team Expectations
- Willing and required to cross-train in other areas of the restaurant (prep, line, or fryer) during staffing shortages or as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a sense of urgency while delivering quality service

- Previous cashier or customer service experience (preferably in restaurants)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
