Residential Window & Door Installer – Subcontractor
Location: Massachusetts (Hiring one installer North of Boston and one installer South of Boston)
Job Type: Independent Subcontractor
Pay: Competitive piece-rate compensation (paid per completed installation)
We are seeking experienced Residential Window & Door Installation Subcontractors to install replacement and new-construction windows, entry doors, patio doors, and storm doors.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications.
- Verify measurements and prepare openings.
- Complete trim, caulking, waterproofing, and finish work.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and protect customer property.
- Complete required job documentation and photos.
- Follow OSHA standards and local building codes.
- Communicate professionally with customers and our team.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid Tax ID (EIN) and Certificate of Insurance (COI) required.
- Strong workmanship and customer service skills.
