Position Summary:
Petauri Advisors is seeking a U.S.-based Analyst to join our Market Access team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a team of experienced pricing and access professionals, contribute to high-impact projects, and build deep expertise in pharmaceutical market access and reimbursement strategy.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Analyst, you will support project execution with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Project Work:
- Assisting with and managing primary research, including recruiting stakeholders, note-taking, transcribing, and leading selected interviews under the guidance of a Consultant or Senior Consultant.
- Conducting secondary research, creating fact packs, and developing expertise in specific products, disease states, and therapeutic categories.
- Supporting the development of project materials such as therapeutic and payer landscapes, financial models, analytical spreadsheets, discussion guides, pricing assessments, market research templates, PowerPoint presentations, and client-ready deliverables. Strategic input will be provided with direction from senior team members.
- Taking detailed notes during meetings.
- Assisting with meeting logistics and planning as needed.
- Proofreading and editing proposals and final deliverables as required.
Project Management:
- Organizing key project administration documents, including statements of work, project plans, and invoices, within the shared drive.
- Drafting status memos and project updates for internal and client communication.
- Maintaining the shared drive with up-to-date revisions of project documents.
Strategic Growth:
- Assisting with proposal development through primary and secondary research.
- Supporting the recruitment of payers to expand the Market Access payer network.
- Staying informed on industry trends and developments by regularly reviewing updates in the pharma and payer landscape.
Travel:
- Expected attendance at key client meetings, including kickoff sessions, interim reviews, final presentations, and ad-hoc working sessions.
- Occasional travel for internal meetings such as business planning, performance reviews, and training.
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Desired Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/marketing services industry (preferred for Senior Analyst).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Position Information:
- Full-time position with flexible hours, as coordinated with your supervisor.
- Remote role.
- Occasionally, project work may extend beyond regular business hours or into weekends, though this is not routine.
- Expected travel: 5-10%.
- Compensation includes base salary plus performance bonuses.
