Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across complex commercial builds.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with at least 4 years in a project management role overseeing mid-to-large scale commercial projects.

Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, scheduling (MS Project, Primavera or equivalent), and contract administration.

Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing subcontractors, multi-disciplinary teams, and client relationships.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building codes, permitting processes, and best practices for quality and safety.
