Trained and experienced in the field of Endorinology and Medical weight loss
Should be familiar with use of eclinical works EMR
Should be able to take vitals and understand medical processes
Should be able to function like a medical assistant and complete work related to patient care
Summary
As a Certified Medical Assistant specializing in weight loss, you will provide essential medical administrative support and patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Reporting to the supervising physician, your core skills in EHR systems, vital signs monitoring, and medical terminology will be vital in ensuring efficient patient intake and service. Your premium expertise in dermatology and urgent care will enhance our weight loss program, while your relevant experience in outpatient settings and geriatrics will contribute to comprehensive patient management. Responsibilities
- Provide medical administrative support, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in patient intake by measuring vital signs and documenting medical histories.
- Support weight loss programs by educating patients on health and wellness.
- Utilize EHR systems to maintain accurate patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care in both outpatient and urgent care settings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology during patient interactions.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
