Position Overview
Evergreen Family Health is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead and support all aspects of in-house imaging services across our practice.
This is a hands-on role. The Radiology Manager is responsible for performing imaging studies, maintaining compliance and documentation, and ensuring the overall reliability and effectiveness of radiology operations.
This position functions as the primary resource for radiology services, with limited additional staffing support. Success in this role depends on consistency, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
What This Role Looks Like
- You are the primary provider of radiology services within the practice
- You perform imaging studies while also overseeing day-to-day operations of the function
- You manage compliance, documentation, and quality standards
- You help coordinate any supplemental or per diem coverage as needed
- You ensure radiology services are dependable, efficient, and well-integrated into patient care
This is a focused, independent role. It is well-suited for someone who prefers to take ownership of their work and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Imaging
- Perform diagnostic imaging studies in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
- Ensure high-quality imaging and proper patient positioning and safety
- Maintain equipment readiness and address routine operational issues
Operations and Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day radiology operations and ensure consistent service availability
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to support patient volume and provider needs
- Support and coordinate any part-time or per diem radiology staff as needed
Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain all required documentation, certifications, and regulatory compliance standards
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including radiation safety and equipment use
- Prepare for and support inspections, audits, and quality reviews
Equipment and Vendor Coordination
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or service as needed
- Work with external vendors to ensure timely support and issue resolution
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
- Communicate clearly regarding imaging needs, results workflows, and operational considerations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- Current state licensure as required
- 3 to 5+ years of radiology experience preferred
- Prior experience operating independently or in a lead role preferred
- Strong understanding of radiology compliance and safety standards
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage a consistent workload with minimal supervision

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
