Medical Receptionist
Brain and Behavioral Associates, PC is looking for a part-time (36-hours/week; 8-hours/day; 4 hours on Friday) receptionist/office assistant to coordinate a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties involving daily patient intakes, scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining faxes and records, and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of assignments which are often confidential in nature
Operates computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, print reports, and other materials
Greets and check-in patients; resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning office operations and activities
Answers and handles phone calls consisting of patient scheduling and coordination; maintains log of inquiries as required
Sorts, scans, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and faxes; Mail, upload, fax out reports and/or other documents as required
Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, and/or other documents
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties

Minimum Qualifications
College graduate; at least 5 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Or completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience.
Pay
$13.00 to $17.00 an hour
