- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management practices.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet service demands while fostering a positive team environment.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing training in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure cohesive restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Skills
