We are Convex Performance, and we place sales closers into US lead gen and paid ads agencies.
Our clients are marketing agencies doing $50,000 to $250,000 a month, with leads and booked sales calls already coming in. They pay us to find and train the closer who turns those calls into revenue. That closer is you.
The Role
- Full time, fully remote closing role. Work from anywhere in the US.
- Appointments are booked onto your calendar, so there is no cold calling and no outreach.
- You sell marketing services like meta ads, Google ads and email marketing, on retainers from $1,500 to $6,000 a month.
- Commission only, with no base salary.
- A closer typically earns around ten percent of the cash they collect, with no cap.
- Realistic earnings of $5,000 to $20,000+ per month, based on the client you are placed with and how well you close.
Our Role
- Before your first call, we train you on the sales system we built for your client's business.
- The training is free to you, because the client pays us for it.
- After you are placed, we act as your sales manager, reviewing your calls and coaching you every week.
What's Required
- At least six months of sales experience, and you have earned commission before.
- Comfortable being on the phone or on video calls for most of the day.
- Based in the US, able to work US business hours, and fluent in spoken English.
- A professional at-home setup for video sales calls, meaning a good camera and microphone in a quiet space with a clean background.
- Coachable and hungry
