As a Studio Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing experience. You will support the daily operations of the studio, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and inviting space, and assist with client check-ins and general studio duties. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness and enjoys being part of a vibrant, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and guide them through our services, helping them understand the benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy.
- Maintaining the spa throughout the day and ensuring the spa remains clean and inviting for all our guests.
- Promote and sell memberships, packages, and individual services to new and existing clients.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client bookings, and handling payment transactions.
Experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Interest in wellness and health.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
