E-logic is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to manage project-level Information Systems and data integrity for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). In this role, you will maintain the agency's vital project report libraries, assess administrative program effectiveness, and handle complex travel management logistics. This is an ideal role for an experienced coordinator who enjoys balancing data management with active, hands-on facility and event support. This position is 100% onsite at USTDA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; telework is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalog, secure, and actively maintain the agency's official project report libraries, ensuring rapid data retrieval and accurate classification of assets.
- Track, evaluate, and report on the operational effectiveness of ongoing administrative programs, flagging workflow bottlenecks for senior managers.
- Oversee full-lifecycle federal travel management logistics, coordinating itineraries, voucher processing, and reservations for agency personnel.
- Coordinate the intake, tracking, and closeout of administrative supply requests and informational distributions.
- Perform physical preparation and logistical teardown of dedicated training, board, and meeting spaces.
- Diagnose and resolve minor hardware, camera, or microphone connectivity issues across office multimedia assets.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- 7+ years of administrative management or systems coordination experience.
- College degree in Business, Information Management, or related field certifications.
- Strong logistical coordination background, specifically involving asset libraries or specialized databases.
