Kim's Driving School is one of the longest-established driving schools in the west coast, and we are looking to grow our team as we transition to the next generation of ownership and growth!
We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and professional driving instructors to join our team. You will work fairly autonomously under our company, focusing on a given area. You will be responsible for scheduling your own lessons, following up with students and families, teaching safe driving techniques during behind-the-wheel lessons, and maintaining accurate records.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Stays calm under pressure
- Good bookkeeping skills
Qualifications:
- Valid California Driving Instructor License
- Clean Driving Record
- Reliable and well-kept vehicle that meets DMV requirements for driving instruction
- Proof of Insurance
- Weekend availability
Locations we are looking to expand to:
- Northridge/Granada Hills
- Santa Clarita Valley
- Los Angeles (Koreatown)
- Torrance/South Bay
- Cerritos
This position is quite flexible as you will be in charge of how busy you are. Although there are certain times that will likely require your availability, you will generally set your own schedule.
Competitive pay will generally be based on how busy you are and how many lessons you are able to schedule and complete.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
