Conditioned Air is a Mechanical HVAC Service/Controls/Retrofit company that has been in business over 35 years. We are looking for Field Logistics candidates that have a desire to transition from our Field Logistics role into our Service Tech Apprenticeship role. You may be or soon become a graduate from Technical School, have previous HVAC Field Experience, or be Mechanically Inclined with a strong HVAC Career Interest. We work on creating a work/life balance with our team members.
We require that you have a strong desire to grow and learn, have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUI’s) along with a clean criminal background. After 90 days, the goal is for you to progress into our Service Tech Apprenticeship role.
Here are some of the highlights of your first 90 days in the Field Logistics Role:
o Work Alongside High-Level Technicians
o Exposure to Service Repair & Retrofit in our Commercial HVAC Business
o Exposure to Basic Fundamentals of HVAC, Electricity, and Wiring Diagrams
o Demonstrate your ability to work independently and with a team
o Demonstrate your ability to follow directions and work within our systems
Requirements:
o Ability to Lift 50 Lbs
o Mechanically Inclined
o CDL License not required but is recommended – benefit if you have experience driving truck/utility trailer
o Tools at a minimum – Tool Bag, Screwdrivers, Nut Drivers, Drill Set, Metal Snips, Impact Gun, Head Lamp, Utility Knife, Wire Strippers, Wire Crimpers, Pliers
Successful Completion of this 90 Day Field Logistics Program could lead to a role in our Apprenticeship Program.
