We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service establishment, ensuring kitchen is running smoothly, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. Must be friendly, a team player, and can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. We are a family-run business looking for reliable team members to grow the business together.
Hourly wage starts at $21+ tip
(PLUS) FREE MEAL per shift
Experience:
- Cooking: 3+ year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 3+ year (Preferred)

**Responsibilities:**
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work alone at times
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standard and finished at a timely manner
- Develop and implement menu plans that are appealing to customers and profitable for the business.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance to existing team members.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales.
- Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns.
- Assist with catering and special events as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leading by example and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Properly close up kitchen by cleaning all stations, dishwashing, cleaning deep fryer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
- Previous experience leading a team is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
