The Role
Medical Assistant to join our team for 32 hours/week.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Standard office hours are 9:00 am–5:00 pm, though some treatments begin as early as 6:30–7:00 am and others run until around 6:00 pm. Our Meridian office is closed on Thursdays.
Treatment Responsibilities (MA license required)
- Procedure preparation
- Assisting providers during treatments
- Procedure clean-up
- Pre- and post-operative check-ups
Office Responsibilities
- Reception
- Scheduling
- Collecting payments
- Inventory management
- Patient documentation
- Patient communication
What You Bring
- Active MA license

- A proactive eye for spotting and solving problems
Treatment Responsibilities — RN (active RN license required)
- Administering injectables and medications per provider orders
- Performing pre- and post-operative patient assessments
- Monitoring patients during and after procedures, including vital signs
- Managing IV access and sedation support where applicable
- Providing clinical oversight of procedure preparation and aftercare
- Educating patients on treatment plans, aftercare, and recovery expectations
- Maintaining compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Supporting and mentoring Medical Assistants on clinical procedures
