We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established apartment community.
This is not an entry-level management role, and it is not the right fit for someone simply seeking a title change or a short-term stepping stone. We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader who understands multifamily operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to become a meaningful long-term part of a team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Full day-to-day operational leadership of the apartment community
- Leading, coaching, and supporting on-site team members
- Maintaining strong occupancy and leasing performance
- Overseeing rent collections and delinquency management
- Coordinating apartment turns, vendor scheduling, and readiness timelines
- Managing resident relations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Handling escalated concerns and conflict resolution
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Serving as the primary on-site leadership representative
What We’re Looking For
Strongly Preferred:
- Minimum 3+ years of direct multifamily property management experience
- Proven experience leading an on-site team
- Strong leasing, occupancy, and delinquency management experience
- Experience coordinating vendors and apartment turn operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple competing priorities
- Professional conflict resolution skills
- Reliable decision-making and personal accountability
- Flexibility to support occasional after-hours community needs
- Experience with Entrata
- Stable work history demonstrating professional commitment and longevity
