Role Overview
Pareto Clinic is a growing family medicine practice in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for an organized, dependable, people-centered HR Specialist to help us build and sustain a stronger workforce system.
This is not just a paperwork role. This is a role for someone who wants to help us find good people, move candidates through the hiring process quickly, onboard employees well, support training, improve retention, and help build a workplace where people feel connected, accountable, and valued.

Hiring and retention are central to our growth. We need someone who can help manage the full employee lifecycle: sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, onboarding, training coordination, documentation, employee engagement, celebrations, and retention support.
Key Responsibilities
- Posting and updating jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
- Reviewing applications and candidate profiles.
- Using matched-candidate and sourcing tools to identify potential applicants.
- Sending candidate outreach messages.
- Coordinating phone screens, interviews, onsite visits, and working interviews.
- Maintaining applicant tracking notes and candidate status updates.
- Supporting offer communication and new-hire preparation.
- Coordinating onboarding steps, employee files, HR documentation, and training schedules.
- Helping coordinate check-ins, celebrations, birthdays, milestones, and recognition.
- Supporting retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Recruiting Focus Areas
- Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Medical Assistants.
- Patient Health Advocates and care coordination roles.
- Front desk and administrative roles.
- IT and informatics support roles.
- Other operational and clinical support roles as needed.

Preferred Experience
- HR, recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or office management experience.
- Experience using Indeed or other job platforms.
- Experience with Homebase, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee files, or training.
- Healthcare practice experience and strong written communication skills.
