Our Fortune 100 client has a fully REMOTE opening for a Lead Business Systems Consultant on an 12-month contract with the possibility for extensions. In your role, you would serve as the lead consultant and primary Exterro expert for their Forensics & eDiscovery environment, helping to drive platform support, operational maturity, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic improvements across Legal Systems. Please note that while this is a fully remote opening, all work must be performed from within the US and will generally follow an ET schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Business and IT teams
- Help define and implement best practices
- Support product releases and enhancements
- Manage and prioritize backlogs
- Lead or support strategic initiatives
- Serve in a consulting/advisory capacity for the business
Musts:
-Understands Exterro and the Legal Technology ecosystem
- Has hands-on System Admin experience
- Can translate business needs into technical solutions
- Is comfortable influencing stakeholders across Business and IT
- Has experience with E-Discovery, legal holds, and collections processes
- Thrives in a consultative, initiative-driven environment.
