At Social Behavior Learning Solutions, located in East Orange, NJ, we operate a center-based facility catering to children aged 1-12 on the autism spectrum. Our commitment lies in delivering top-tier, ethical behavioral interventions and training. We are currently seeking Part Time BCBA's to provide remote supervision and parent training to our center based RBTs/BTs.
The chosen BCBA will become an integral part of our clinical team. This team is not only well-versed, but also highly supportive and committed to offering superior treatment interventions and supervision for our client programs. We are only able to hire in NJ, FL, and IL even though this is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite Analyst and BTs/RBTs to conduct comprehensive assessments such as ESDM, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and various assessment tools.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and behavior support strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Train, guide, and oversee Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Deliver parent training sessions utilizing Behavior Skills Training
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to the ethical guidelines outlined in the BACB Ethics Code.
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities by modeling professional behaviors within the work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience providing remote BCBA supervision and Parent Training
- Possess a Master’s Degree
- Hold BCBA Certification and maintain good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must have License for Behavior Analyst in NJ (or submitted your application for it)
- Demonstrated experience in offering supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Proficiency with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude
- Background supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
- Must live in NJ, FL or IL
Hours/Compensation
- Provide BCBA Supervision/ Parent Training 10-20 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 pm EST (*Facilitate a team huddle (8:15-8:30 am at least 3 times per month)
- BCBA Supervision/ Parent Training/Re-assessments: $70.00- $76.00 per hour
- Administration: $35.00 per hour
Pay: $70.00 - $76.00 per hour
