Previous food service experience preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed

Prepare and set up a breakfast buffet before service hours

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas

Refill food, beverages, coffee, and supplies throughout breakfast service

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Monitor food quality and follow food safety standards

Clean tables, counters, kitchen equipment, and the breakfast area after service

Assist with inventory and stocking supplies as needed

Work closely with hotel staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
