Join All Day Towing! We are a growing and dynamic team looking for someone who can be the essential link in ensuring vehicles are transported safely and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and customer service expertise. This Position will be part time as we train with the potential to move to full Time after Probation. As a Tow Driver, you will operate specialized tow trucks ( Light and Medium Duty) to assist stranded or improperly parked vehicles, providing prompt and professional service to our valued customers. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional support on every call.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks, including Flatbeds and Wheel lifts, to recover and transport vehicles across various locations.
- Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring proper securing techniques to prevent damage during transit.
- Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety standards are met and document any damages or issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and customer interactions for record-keeping purposes.
- Be flexible on scheduling based on customer needs as well as emergency calls on your scheduled days on shift.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus for quick action prevention on Vehicle issues.
- Ability to load, unload, and secure vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as chains, straps, and tie-downs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally.

Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour
