Responsibilities
· Maintaining a standard of cleanliness by following provided protocol to ensure a safe dining environment during unprecedented times. This includes, but is not limited to:
· ...sanitizing tables, changing and refilling cleaning products throughout the restaurant as needed, and responding to guest mishaps in a timely manner.
· Refill water and provide consistent table maintenance (taking dirty plates and glasses) while responding to and relaying guest request as necessary and able to.
· Resetting tables and setting flatware as needed (pre and post covid)
Recommended Skills
· Prior experience a plus, most definitely not a must.
· The ability to take critique and requests in a 'calm and collected manner' and respond 'appropriately, and promptly' to said requests.
· Being physically able, quick, and agile enough to provide a large umbrella of cleanliness over many tables within a short span of time, and to be able to carry heavy bus tubs, plates, and glasses back and forth to different stations consistently through the evening.
· Have a flexible enough schedule to provide co-workers covered days (and they will provide for you as well).
