Prolink is seeking 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to support a well‑established, flavors manufacturing facility. This will be a Quick Direct Hire opportunity with long‑term stability, excellent benefits, and strong internal career development.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must successfully complete and pass a written (Ramsay) Maintenance Skills Assessment as part of the interview process. This assessment is mandatory for hire, there are no exceptions, alternatives, or bypass options. Candidates who do not pass the assessment will not be considered for employment.
PAY:
- Starting $30 - 34/hr
- 6% shift differential for 2nd shift.
SHIFTS AT THIS FACILITY:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- New hires Will train on 1st shift for first few Months
- Monday - Friday(Some Mandatory OT for extended shifts and weekends)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or chemical/food environments
- Must be comfortable with Strong Flavor smells through the facility such as: Garlic, Pepper, Vanilla, Lemon, etc.
- Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment and process systems
- Strong PLC Troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on experience with pumps (centrifugal, diaphragm, positive displacement), piping, valves, vacuum systems, and basic millwright work
- Electrical Maintenance experience with 3 phase motors, 480v, controls, pneumatics, and instrumentation support
- Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems and diagnose root causes
- Welding, fabrication, and Pipefitting experience
- Familiarity with pressurized systems, vessels, and industrial safety procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently, especially on off‑shifts
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Drug Screen, Background check, and written skills assessment.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Electrical or E&I background
- Instrumentation experience
- Vocational or technical training (mechanical, electrical, welding, automation)
- HVAC exposure
- E&I and/or Controls experience – highly preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process‑related issues
- Rebuild and maintain pumps, run and repair piping, and service vacuum systems
- Support production troubleshooting and equipment reliability improvements
- Perform fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed
- Work safely around pressurized lines, vessels, and process equipment
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain documentation and follow established maintenance procedures and safety rules
