In need of a highly motivated property manager for our apartment community located in Columbia, SC.
Salary shall range from $60, 000.00 to $65,000.00 + bonus (salary amount will be based off qualification and certification).
Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property management including leasing, resident relations, maintenance management and rent collections and demonstrate strong communication & leadership skills.
Candidates MUST have a SC Property Management License.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
