Operate commercial mowing equipment and perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and general landscape upkeep.

Complete daily maintenance routes efficiently and within scheduled hours.

Assist and support newer team members to help them develop their skills.

Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company values at all times.

Keep work vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Promptly report any issues or concerns to the crew leader or supervisor.

Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience with commercial mowing equipment is preferred, but not required.

Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow clear instructions.

Valid drivers license required.

$17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Opportunities for overtime during busy seasons.
