Meat Cutter
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Meat Cutter to join our team. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to company standards; maintaining product quality and freshness; assisting customers with meat selections; and following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous meat cutting or butcher experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Ability to safely operate meat processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a refrigerated environment
