Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel excited and comfortable from arrival to departure
- Coordinate and oversee various party activities, games, and entertainment to maintain high energy levels
- Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and safety checks to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Assist with food service, cash handling, and processing transactions using POS systems when needed
- Enforce safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans to guarantee guest safety
- Support outdoor work requirements such as manual handling of equipment or supplies in different weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages effectively
- Experience working with children is preferred; patience and enthusiasm are essential
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and basic first aid (including CPR) certification are advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in outdoor or indoor settings
- Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions
- Previous resort, outdoor activity, theater, or food service experience is a plus; outdoor work experience is beneficial
