American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT (R) certification for a 13-week hospital radiology assignment in Eau Claire, WI.

Hospital-based radiology department serving outpatient, inpatient, ED, and portable imaging needs with a limited fluoroscopy requirement
-
Two available positions: Position 1 is an evening shift from 2:30–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri; Position 2 is a day shift with start times varying from 6:30–10:00 AM, with occasional overnight coverage (6:30 PM–6:30 AM) based on department needs

40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8–8.5 hour shifts

Weekend rotation required every 3rd weekend, potentially moving to every 4th weekend depending on staffing

Possible call shifts on weekends

Charts using Epic EMR

On-site only; no teleworking available

Minimum of 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience required

At least 1 prior travel assignment required

Graduate of an accredited radiography program

Active ARRT (R) certification required
-
Active BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)

Active WI state license required — license required if applicable

No pending licenses accepted

Proficiency with a variety of radiology equipment and technology

Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to on-call pager as needed

COVID vaccination and booster required

Date of birth required for consideration

Produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with department standards across OP, IP, ED, and portable settings

Must maintain flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and shift lengths

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Travelers who have been on assignment may stay up to one calendar year from their initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
-
First-time travelers are not eligible for this position — at least 1 prior travel assignment is required
