Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between the hotel and the John Glenn Columbus International Airport while ensuring a high level of service. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the shuttle van -- including during inclement weather conditions.
- Load and unload luggage as needed, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Provide excellent service by assisting passengers with their needs during transit.
- Assisting with hotel laundry and other guest needs throughout your shift.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to load and unload luggage safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check as required.
