As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated teamin driving the seamless operation and maintenance of a large-scalemanufacturing facility set on 40 acres for one of our clients in the Industrial& Logistics sector. In addition to this primary site, you’ll also provideoversight for several nearby smaller locations, which may require periodic(e.g., monthly) site visits to ensure consistent performance and standardsacross the portfolio.

This role is part of our Facilities Management function,where we go beyond the basics. You’ll be at the heart of asset operations,collaborating closely with Property Managers and landlords to deliverexceptional service and performance across all assigned sites.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Develop, manage and oversee both capital and operating project plans.
Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring.
Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience managing commercial facilities, including daily operations, maintenance activities, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight
Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including supervising onsite teams, setting performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and driving accountability
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Valid driver’s license required. Facilities Management certification preferred
Experience developing, managing, and tracking operating budgets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients
Ability to navigate sensitive or complex situations, resolve issues, and influence outcomes
Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong technical aptitude
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, problem‑solving mindset
Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial metrics
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
