Door-to-Door Sales Representative (No Experience Needed – Paid Training)
We are a growing window cleaning company looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team. No experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidates.

Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and sales
- Introduce homeowners to our professional window cleaning services
- Build rapport and communicate professionally with potential customers
- Schedule estimates and service appointments
- Track daily sales activities and results
Requirements
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
- Willingness to work outdoors and walk throughout neighborhoods
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based pay
- Valid driver's license preferred (not always required)
No Experience Needed
We provide full hands-on training. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.
Schedule
- Reps get to choose there hours
- Part-time available
- Monday–Friday with occasional weekends (optional based on demand)
