We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Memory Care Director to oversee the care services in our retirement home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care services for individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors.
*Duties*
- Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, Med Techs
- Develop care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care
- Monitor budgeting for care services and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care
*Skills*
- Proven experience in managing care services, preferably in a retirement home or group home setting
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities and seniors
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to care services
- Ability to oversee medication administration protocols
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team management
