Duties
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at customer locations while adhering to route driving schedules
- Deliver medications and healthcare supplies directly to customers’ homes or designated drop-off points with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and records of all deliveries, in accordance with workplace safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery times, address details, and special instructions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills to manage route driving efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times
