MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function - Effectively and efficiently operate company-owned trucks while providing excellent customer service to stranded customers.
- Complete assigned jump assists, tire inflation and emergency fuel delivery.
- Assist with overnight inventory and car counts.
- Obtain knowledge of local geography for effective response times.
- Utilize computers and operate motorized vehicles.
- Maintain a courteous and tactful demeanor when interacting with others.
- Write factual reports regarding services provided.
- Identify and report any safety issues immediately to the supervisor on shift.
- Clean and maintain all work areas (including sweeping of trash).
- Work independently with minimal oversight.
- Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Utah Driver’s license is required.
- Available overnight, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Prior airport experience is preferred.
