Job Title: SNS Provider (Socially Necessary Services)
Position Summary:
The SNS Provider is responsible for supervising and supporting children and families in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging, culturally responsive parenting classes using evidence-based curricula (e.g., Triple P, Nurturing Parenting, or similar).
- Provide one-on-one or small group adult skill-building sessions focused on topics such as budgeting, time management, communication, conflict resolution, and household organization.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs, learning styles, and literacy levels of participants.
- Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and community partners to ensure participants receive holistic support.
- Maintain accurate attendance, progress notes, and outcome tracking in compliance with program requirements.
- Create a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment where participants feel heard and supported.
- Offer practical, real-world examples and role-play scenarios to help participants apply skills in daily life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in social work, psychology or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children, adults and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
Work Schedule:
Flexible scheduling based on program needs and client availability.
Work Environment:
Services may be provided in homes, community locations, schools, or other approved settings.
