Job Description:
OTR CDL A Team Drivers needed for consistent miles and long-term work.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- 0.80 CPM without cab camera
- 0.85 CPM with cab camera and clean driving record
- Paid empty and loaded miles
- Weekly pay every Friday
- No payment hold (from week 2, previous week is paid)
- Inspection bonuses
- Paid parking during home time (when applicable)
EQUIPMENT
- Freightliner & Volvo trucks (2022–2025)
- Dry Van only
- Inverter, microwave, and refrigerator
- Clean and well-maintained equipment
- Company mechanic shop
OPERATIONS
- All 48 states
- Load types: Live Load and Drop & Hook
- 24/7 professional dispatch support
- Fuel card provided
HOME TIME OPTIONS
- 3 weeks OTR / 3 days home
- 4 weeks OTR / 4 days home
- 5+ weeks OTR / 6 days home
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- 1099 position
- Flight ticket reimbursement after hiring
Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Team driving experience is a plus
- Acceptable MVR and Clearinghouse
- Must be able to pass DOT requirements
- Reliable and professional work ethic
Wage Range: 80.00 - 85.00 per mile
