Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Laser Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Duties
- Perform a variety of laser treatments including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct complementary skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion to enhance client results.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures before, during, and after treatments to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-treatment care, and skincare routines to maximize results and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients about their goals, treatment plans, and expectations to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatments and skincare.
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, waxing services, facials, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols essential for laser treatments.
- Ability to perform laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL, lash lift and tint services, and other cosmetic procedures as needed.
- Familiarity with dermabrasion techniques and the use of esthetic lasers for skin enhancement.
- Passion for skincare innovation combined with strong sales skills to recommend products or additional services that meet client needs.
- Certification or licensing in Electrolysis, cosmetology or esthetician practices required; ongoing training in laser technology highly valued.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
