Restaurant Manager Positions – Big Fellas Syracuse
Location: Syracuse, NY
Pay: $45,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience; compensation is negotiable for qualified candidates
Big Fellas is looking for motivated Restaurant Managers to join our growing family business in Cicero. We are seeking leaders who care about our establishment, our team, and our customers as much as we do. The right candidates will take pride in daily operations, lead by example, support high-quality food production, and help create a clean, efficient, and customer-focused restaurant environment.

Schedule Expectations
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, events, and catering events as business needs require.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a small team of line cooks and restaurant staff.
· Ensure high-quality food is produced consistently every time by following established systems and standards.
· Assist during busy rushes and support the team wherever needed.
· Handle delivery drivers, customers, and customer concerns professionally.
· Prevent customer concerns by maintaining strong service, attention to detail, and consistent operations.
· Manage waste, reduce mistakes, and help improve efficiency by working smarter, not harder.
· Follow all health code standards and food safety procedures.
· Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for service.
· Maintain required store paperwork and records.
· Operate the register and complete deposits as needed.

· Restaurant or food service management experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to follow systems and procedures already in place.
· Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example.
· Comfortable managing people, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and daily operations.
· Willingness to learn, train, and grow with a family-owned business.
