Overview
Red, Wine & Brew Mentor is hiring a Full Time/Part Time Server. Previous serving experience required. No late nights needed as the restaurant is open Tuesday-Thursday 3pm-9pm, Friday/Saturday 3pm-10pm, Sundays 11am-9pm. Closed Mondays and all major holidays.
Great seasonal menus, clientele, live music nights, game specials, Happy Hour specials and more offered at RWB.
Duties
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and adhere to RWB standards and policies
- Become familiar with RWB food and drink menu and upsell to guests
- Demosntrate knowledge on how to properly serve beer, wine and cocktails to guests
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately through Toast POS system
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Requirements
- Must have a good attitude, professional, and maintain cleanliness/uniform policies
- Proven experience in serving, bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience using Toast POS system
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
