Job Description:
DediCare Solutions, an in-home care provider servicing Mid Michigan and Southeast Michigan residents, is in search of compassionate and self-driven caregivers (DCW, HHA, and CNA) to join the team.
Flint-10am to 6pm, Monday- Friday.
Lapeer- Short shift 9am to 1pm, Monday-Saturday.
Fenton- Evening 5pm to 9:30pm, and 10am to 5pm Monday- Sunday can be split in 2 shifts or 12 hours shift can be worked. This client in Fenton cannot be around anyone who smokes (vaping included), perfume, strong odors, pets (except hypoallergenic dogs)
Experience with alzheimer's and dementia clients is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Provide care services in the client's home based on the care plan provided.
- Perform household tasks
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments, as needed
- Assist with client's ADLs
- Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
- Maintain client's care records and document services provided
- Assist clients with mobility
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Qualifications:
- Experience working in home care of at least 6 months, required
- Direct Care Worker or Behavioral Health Aide experience, a plus
- Familiarity with nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate, preferred
- Valid Michigan driver’s license required
- High School Degree or GED required
- Most recent negative TB test
- Reliable transportation
