As a City Ranked Paid Search Specialist, you would be responsible for overseeing paid search campaigns for new and existing clients, sticking to monthly budgets, and using multiple advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, LSA, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and more.
This individual will work with a team of Account Managers, Web Developers, Content Strategists, SEO Specialists, and other Paid Search Specialists to develop cohesive advertising plans for our clients.
Who would be a good fit as a Paid Search Specialist?
The ideal candidate will be an expert in implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, conducting keyword and demographic research, and optimizing for specific client goals. This candidate will have expert analytic and creative skills to conduct A/B testing to identify the most successful ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to maximize conversions for our clients.
What does this job entail?
- Building effective marketing campaigns across various SEM Channels, including Google, Bing, and Local Service Ads.
- Completing routine optimizations of accounts to ensure that bids are being used productively and that keywords are ranking well for the campaign goals.
- Data Analysis, to monitor keyword costs, budgets, and conversion data to maximize ROI
- Conducting competitor research and stay on top of digital marketing trends.
Requirements for the position?
- 1+ Year Experience with tracking software, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- GA4 certification is preferred, but not required. Google certifications will be obtained during onboarding.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills. Ability to manipulate raw data to draw conclusions.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
