Assist in various aspects of facilities and maintenance including but not limited to; general facilities support, building maintenance such as interior repairs, painting, and remodeling. Coordinate with the Facilities Manager and Business Manager regarding the pick-up/delivery of requested items off site. Assist the Resident Services Driver with additional driving as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with Facilities Manager and other Facilities team members regarding projects and assigned daily tasks.
- Complete projects in a timely manner in the following areas with proper jobsite clean-up:
- General facilities support and cleaning
- General Repairs and installations
- Room turnover (painting, repairs, and remodeling)
- Routine building maintenance
- Assist with special projects for the Facilities Department
- Prepare and plan for assigned projects including but not limited to:
- Ordering or gathering supplies
- Tool maintenance
- Replace depleted supplies as needed
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE
- Coordinate with Logistics Manager and Business Manager team for driving needs:
- Purchase supplies requested by the Facilities Manager or Business Manager
- Hand in all receipts to the Facilities and/or Business Manager for purchases in a timely manner.
- Ensures vehicle reliability and readiness by maintaining fuel level above half, checking/maintaining tire pressure, replacing wiper blades and reporting needs of maintenance to Facilities Manager.
- Complete regular vehicle cleaning by removing trash, vacuuming interior, and wiping interior surfaces.
- Assist Resident Services driver with overflow of transportation requests of residents.

- Participate in holidays and other Ranch special events throughout the year.
- Attend staff and department meetings and staff development opportunities, meeting the licensing training requirements for position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge and experience in facilities support and general building maintenance.
- Basic working knowledge of repairing and installing various building materials.
- Desire to work closely with others and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility is A MUST, especially willingness to shift projects, time, focus, methods, or priorities as requested or in response to emergencies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
- Ability to complete physical work consisting of moderate (50 lbs.) lifting, carrying, etc. This position consists of a combination of sitting, standing, kneeling, and walking. Work is both indoor and outdoor during all seasons.
- Desire to be part of community supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
- Willingness/commitment to participate in and foster the therapeutic community milieu.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
