Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in line with recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and health code compliance
- Manage food inventory and minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands
Qualifications
- 1+ year kitchen experience; hospitality or resort background preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment
- Strong teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $13–$17/hr based on experience
