The Recruitment Admin Coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators aim to find the best talent in the market.
Salary range (USD): $41,900 - $55,300
The role is mandatory 1- day in a week in the AMS Cleveland Office.
- Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
- Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and coordination experience within a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the following core competencies:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, reports, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high-volume administrative tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all recruitment documentation, reporting, and data management activities.
- Proven experience in data entry and database maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within recruitment, HR, staffing, or a related function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
