Position Summary
The Office Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Y LIFT Store, managing office processes, coordinating administrative functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace
- Develop and improve administrative systems, processes, and workflows
- Maintain office records, documentation, and internal files
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and business communications
- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries professionally
Team & Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to company leadership and team members
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee documentation
- Help coordinate team activities, meetings, and internal communications
- Serve as a central point of contact for office-related needs
Inventory & Business Support
- Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Support purchasing, supply management, and operational needs
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, and operational projects
Customer & Brand Experience
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers and visitors
- Support customer service initiatives and ensure excellent communication standards
- Represent Y LIFT Store with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative management, operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software systems
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or customer-focused business environment
- Experience managing vendors, inventory, or operational processes
- Experience supporting leadership teams or small business operations
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
