Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to Pepe's Mexican Restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are always maintained.
- Work efficiently and safely in a high-pressure environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen (Mexican cuisine experience a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Open availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
