Rise Advisory is growing throughout the Bay Area and is hiring a full-time Bilingual Customer Representative to join our expanding team. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoy working with people, and are looking to build a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to develop valuable experience while receiving hands-on training and ongoing support.
As a Bilingual Customer Representative, you'll work directly with local business owners throughout assigned territories. This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing role where you'll introduce available products and services, answer customer questions, explain promotions, and assist with new account enrollments and account updates. No previous sales or industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Representative
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers throughout assigned territories as a Bilingual Customer Representative
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish during every customer interaction
- Introduce available products, services, promotions, and business account options
- Explain pricing, features, account benefits, and available solutions clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and daily sales activity
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition, business development, and sales goals as a Bilingual Customer Representative
Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Representative
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a professional, customer-facing environment
- Interest in customer service, sales, business sales, account management, customer engagement, client relations, marketing, or business development
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, business, or sales is helpful but not required
