What we Seek:
This candidate is self-motivated and has a minimum of (5) five years in management (preferably in the quick service/ food industry) at the assistant manager position or higher. The assistant manager is responsible for polishing the execution of service operations and accountable for restaurant training and development of subordinates. The assistant manager must have a complete understanding of reading reports and how to apply that information to the business through the productivity of the team. The assistant manager must possess technical skill (how to do the work) and use time management to meet goals and deadlines. The assistant manager must align with the General Manager by trusting but always verifying best practices, processes, and recommendations. Lastly, the assistant manager's impact must be recognized through personal contributions that improves the restaurant culture and results.
