Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a supportive, forward-thinking clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including assessments, cleanings, periodontal care, and patient education
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to a diverse patient population
- Opportunities to support community outreach efforts, including options to participate in mobile hygiene programs serving patients in schools, community centers, and other non-traditional settings
- Collaborate closely with dentists and care team members to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
- Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and product recommendations based on the latest clinical research

Experience
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to serving diverse populations
- Passion for community health and reducing barriers to care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in public health or community-based settings is a plus, but not required
